Bee Big Brussels presents the Bee Property Partners acquisition and fundraising initiative. Jonas Frederiksen and Roland Zinzius are your contacts and co-owners of Immo-Bee. The initiative’s name does not identify the borrower in a particular transaction.
Targets and participation
The ambition is 10 additional Brussels group-stay properties during 2027–2028, with €3–5 million of external capital sought. These are targets, not completed acquisitions, money already raised or the total purchase budget. The preferred proposal is a loan to a specific property-owning company; terms are agreed individually.

This website introduces the programme. It is not a subscription document or an individual investment recommendation. The investor brief is available by personal email follow-up. Any commitment requires transaction documents identifying the borrower, rights, obligations and risks.
Capital can be lost and property is illiquid. Acquisition, works, guest demand, compliance, financing and repayment carry risk. A five-year contractual maturity does not guarantee repayment. No return, refinancing or exit is guaranteed.
